CANCELLATION POLICY

Estheticul, LLC respectfully requires at least 24 hours of notice for the cancelation of your scheduled appointments. Canceling with less than 24 hours of notice for your scheduled appointment will be required to pay 40% of the services scheduled, while no show/not informing me of your cancellation with proper notification time, you are subjected to pay 100% of the services. A credit card is required to be on file for all clients to book any service with Estheticul, LLC. The credit card on file will be charged the appropriate fees if the cancellation policy is necessary. Refunds on services are not allowed, however if you are dissatisfied with your service, I am more than happy to listen to your concerns & find a solution that is most accurate & acceptable to rectify the situation. Quality/satisfaction of your appointment is my number one goal. This offer is allowed up to 48 hours after the service is complete.
